Article 1: Fields of Application and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale. These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed online on this website. Archisoft Group reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. Article 2: Availability of products - Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In the event of unavailability, we undertake within 30 days from validation of the order either to deliver the ordered product to you or to reimburse you for it. - If one of the products in your order is out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order.
Article 3: Acceptance of the offer - By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have the full legal capacity to bind you under these general conditions of sale. You will receive by email a confirmation of your order which will include its constituent elements. Our computer records, kept in reasonable security conditions, will provide proof of communications, orders and payments made. Article 8: Right of withdrawal - In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order, including in the case of a purchase on credit to inform Groupe Archisoft of its intention to withdraw and return any item that does not suit it and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. The product must be returned in good condition, accompanied by all accessories in its original packaging, and not used (scratched or broken product) within 14 days of sending the decision to withdraw. This right of return only applies to products purchased from mainland France and only by mail order. Return costs in the event of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer. - The product must be returned to us COMPLETE, CLEAN, WELL PACKAGED. If you have damaged the original packaging upon opening (excessively torn cardboard for example), if the appearance of the product is damaged or scratched or if an accessory is missing, THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
